Themed “Pretty In Pink,” this year’s Opera Ball will honor the creative and inspiring spirit of Dame Zandra Rhodes, and celebrate her contributions to San Diego Opera, art, and the community. The event will begin at 6:30pm with a cocktail hour filled with surprises inspired by Rhodes’ vibrant imagination. Dinner begins at 7:30pm, and the evening concludes with drinks and dancing. Suggested attire is “pink tie.” Tickets start at $350. Special $500 seats include a scarf or pocket square designed by Rhodes specifically for the Opera Ball. This price level also includes premium wines and “first out” valet service. VIP $1,000 seats also include admission to a pre-ball cocktail reception, premier placement in the room, and a wine concierge service.
