Concert for the Kids
Aug. 27
Foundation for the Children of the Californias presents “Rockin’ the Ranch” at the historic Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, which will be transformed into a rock concert setting. The show will feature Blood Sweat & Tears, which first topped the Billboard charts in 1968 and beat out the Beatles’ Abbey Road for Grammy Album of the Year in 1970. Current lead singer Bo Bice (American Idol) brings a fresh voice to the band. The Foundation for the Children of the Californias is part of a tri-national humanitarian collaboration among philanthropists in the United States, Mexico, and Canada that provides medical care and disease prevention education to children of the border region. 858.278.5437, usfcc.org
