Free to Breathe Run/Walk

San Diego Free to Breathe 5K Run/Walk unites locals in the belief that surviving lung cancer should be the expectation, not the exception. Proceeds from the 5K Run/Walk and 1-Mile Walk at the Embarcadero Marina Park North will support Free to Breathe, a lung cancer research and advocacy organization dedicated to doubling lung cancer survival by 2022. In addition to the run/walk, the day will also include a ¼-Mile Kids’ Dash, coloring, live music, and fun for the whole family.
