Gingerbread City
At the Fairmont Grand Del Mar, the Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County’s annual holiday epilepsy awareness event featured celebrity chefs, complimentary Champagnes and wines, holiday music, auctions, and the largest nationally recognized gingerbread structure competition on the West Coast, showcasing creations by San Diego’s leading chefs, artists, and designers. Audrey Geisel was honorary chair; the event honored the late Sally B. Thornton, founding chair of Gingerbread City.
