• 1½ oz. Malahat Spice Rum (local)
• ¾ oz. House made Switchel
• 2 parts sugar
• 1 part apple cider vinegar
• Ginger sliced thin
• 1 part water
• Shake and leave overnight and strain
• ¼ oz. Sweet Vermouth
• ¼ oz. Luxardo Cherry SyrupCombine all ingredients, long shake on ice and serve in a martini glass with an orange and Luxardo cherry skewer.
