Westfield UTC is in the midst of a $600 million renovation that will feature a new two-level flagship Nordstrom and more than 90 new shops and restaurants. The renovation, expected to debut in October, will include more than a quarter million square feet of additional retail, office, and meeting space. Among the new retailers are Vineyard Vines, Suitsupply, Fossil, CJ Charles Jewelers, Jo Malone, and Kendra Scott. Restaurants include Great Maple, Shake Shack, Javier’s, The Winery, True Food Kitchen, Arbor and Napizza. Red O La Jolla, highlighting Mexican cuisine from Top Chef Masters champ Rick Bayless, is opening just across the street in the former Donovan’s space. westfield.com/utc Andrea Naversen
