Women in Blue 2017
The San Diego Police Foundation honored female law enforcement leaders at the 2017 Women in Blue Luncheon. This year’s 2017 honorees were San Diego Police Department Captain Sandra Albrektsen, Homeland Security Investigations Supervisory Special Agent Aida Vasquez, and Police Dispatch Administrator Roxanne Cahill. The honorees shared insights and anecdotes from their paths to success. San Diego Chief of Police Shelley Zimmerman delivered the keynote address. This year’s event raised $77,000 for the Foundation.
