Tracy Borkum of Urban Kitchen Group is recreating La Festa Della Donna (International Women’s Day), an Italian celebration recognizing women’s contributions to the world at large, at her Del Mar restaurant, Cucina Enoteca. Eight influential local female chefs and eight notable female winemakers will join Borkum for an exclusive pairing event. Moving between tasting stations, attendees can engage firsthand with each chef and winemaker while celebrating the rise of women in San Diego’s culinary community.
