Susan G. Komen San Diego’s 20th Annual Race for the Cure in Balboa Park will feature a 5K and 1-mile walk/run to raise funds and awareness for the fight against breast cancer. The event will also celebrate survivors and honor those who have lost their battle. Proceeds will go toward Komen San Diego, the county’s largest funder of free breast cancer services and support. komensandiego.org/race
