San Diego Blues Festival Featuring Los Lobos

The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank will host the sixth annual AimLoan.com San Diego Blues Festival at the downtown San Diego waterfront. The family-friendly event at Embarcadero Marina Park North will feature nine musical acts on two stages, with performances by Los Lobos, Bobby Rush, Nikki Hill, Watermelon Slim, the Bey Paule Band with Wee Willie Walker, Chris Cain, Billy Watson & Junior Watson, The Holla Pointe, and Big Jon Atkinson. Festival attendees will enjoy local craft beer, food vendors, and specialty cocktails and wine, along with arts and crafts vendors. Attendees are invited to bring two cans of food to donate for the Blues Fest food drive benefiting the San Diego Food Bank and North County Food Bank. General admission tickets: $25; VIP $150; and Super VIP $250 (Super VIP tickets include a private concert at the House of Blues on Friday evening, September 9, with Watermelon Slim).
