Ukrainian Festival

House of Ukraine San Diego presents its 2016 festival, featuring a dinner dance and cabaret show at Tango del Rey on Saturday evening with the Yalenka Ukrainian Dancers from Calgary, banduryst Andriy Kytasty of San Diego, and singer Uliana Vorobiy from Kyiv. Then on Sunday, the Annual Lawn Program takes place at the International Cottages’ Stage at Balboa Park, with Ukrainian food available for purchase prior to the performance. The festivities continue that evening with a bonfire on Mission Bay, where attendees can enjoy baked potatoes and join the entertainers in song to close out the festival weekend. houseofukraine.com
