Meals-on-Wheels Greater San Diego, Inc. presents its Ragin’ Cajun Bayou Blowout & 7th Annual Chef Appetizer Challenge to raise critical funds to support the independence and well-being of over 3,400 seniors in San Diego County. At the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina, guests will sample competing chef’s appetizers and vote for the annual “Chefy Award” winner while bidding on silent auction items and enjoying hosted cocktails. A gourmet dinner and live auction are then followed by dancing to the authentic Cajun sounds of The Swamp Critters, San Diego’s popular Cajun Zydeco Band. 619.278.4041, mowgala.org
